We only collect the data you submit through the contact / appointment forms: identity (first/last name), contact details (email, phone), optionally date of birth; the reason for your request and any details you provide; for the refractive assessment, pre-screening information (glasses/lenses, type of correction, general history) you provide voluntarily.

Purpose: handle your request, contact you and arrange your appointment.

Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Your data is accessible to the clinic's secretariat and care team, and to the technical processors strictly required: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Sanity (content management system storing contact requests). Data is never sold or used for advertising.

Contact requests are sent by email to our front desk and stored in our content management system (Sanity) for as long as necessary to process them and manage the care relationship, then archived or deleted in line with our legal obligations.

Some processors may process data outside the EU; where applicable, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
